Why don’t you come dance?
A space to move freely, without judgment. Reconnect with your body and your vitality. Express what words cannot. Dance as a path to transformation. These freestyle dance workshops are open to all. Come as you are.
Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance is a freestyle dance practice, without choreography, judgment, or words, where participants let themselves be guided by the music and their feelings to express themselves through movement. It is at the crossroads of several disciplines: dance, meditation, and trance. It is a musical wave, often mixed live by a DJ, that crosses different types of music to touch different qualities of the body and emotions.
Emotional release, physical well-being, mindfulness, sobriety
Movement Medicine
Movement Medicine is a freestyle dance practice that aims to connect the body/heart/mind and soul through movement. It was created by Susannah and Ya'Acov Darling Khan, two former teachers of the 5 Rhythms dance, in the 2000s. The goal of Movement Medicine is to reconnect with oneself, others, nature, and the mystery of life. All this by engaging one's body in movement.
Release of bodily and emotional blockages, strengthening of the feeling of anchoring and inner security, mental clarity, relational healing, deep connection to the Earth, to the Soul, and to the Universe, to the Living
Contact Beyond Contact
Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a movement practice that blends several bodily, energetic, and spiritual approaches to create a space for exploration, healing, and deep connection—with oneself, with others, and with something greater.
At the intersection of dance and words, this practice—created by Vangelis Legakis—is both simple and profound. It invites us to embrace our limitations and vulnerability, while strengthening our core and grounding.
CBC draws inspiration from contact dance improvisation, Eastern energy arts (Qi Gong, Reiki, chakras), Body-Mind Centering, Butoh, contemporary dance, and yoga.
Emotional healing, increased presence, deep connection to others, acceptance of one's limits and needs, development of intuition and sensitivity
Collab' dance
It's a freestyle dance practice based on the principles of ecstatic dance: no words / no phone / no substance / kindness.
It connects with the world of contemporary dance by inviting professional dancers to lead an improvisation session in the first part and DJs from all walks of life for the second part. These sessions last two hours, and here you come to dance only: no talking circle or group reunion is planned.
Body liberation, collective connection, physical and mental well-being, exploration, diversity
