Laoproject offers freestyle dance coachings in Toulouse for those who wish to explore movement as a tool for self-discovery.
Each session offers a different universe, through a wide variety of music, atmospheres, and body movements, exploring multiple states of presence: gentleness, intensity, silence, joy, grounding, lightness…
Each participant is invited to progress at their own pace, discovering new facets of themselves.

Each set is a sonic journey, an invitation to travel through different inner landscapes.
Designed to accompany freestyle dance, they also invite contemplative listening or movement at home. These are worlds to inhabit, to experience. Enjoy!

Laoproject is… stars, butterflies and earth, sparks, fire and tornado, tsunami, seaweed and feathers. It’s all this in a body that dances and teaches! Guiding, listening, embracing. Blooms and makes bloom. It’s a lot of empathy, gentleness and patience in a sincere gaze and kind, uplifting words. Together, we cross childhood joys and chaotic forests, opening up to the body, our own and that of the other, that of the group.

A dance retreat around the Elements, stirring and soothing, so enriching and transforming, provided we’re ready to take off the armor.
