New Year’s Retreat: TRANSITION | Tarn

A transitional space to begin the year consciously free from the past and deeply embodied your vision for 2026.
Slow down, feel, be reborn.
Five days to welcome the dawn of a new year, between silence and breath, where writing dances with hypnosis, nature whispers its secrets and music uplift the soul.
Principles
This workshop offers a special time to reflect on the past year. The intention is to observe and gather your learnings, then set clear intentions for the year ahead.
Between dance time, writing sessions, breathwork, nature walks, swimming in a heated pool accessible 24/7, and fresh vegetarian meals prepared by local chefs, the experience is designed to guide you towards a grounded and radiant new beginning. The last evening will feature a grand celebration with cocoa and a special extended dance session to close on a high note.
For this celebration, I will be accompanied by a dear friend of my Liv 💕
✺ Why this space ✺
Create a conscious sanctuary where we can slow down, feel, dream, and celebrate.
This retreat was born from the desire to celebrate the passage from one cycle to another, in a space that is both deep and light, intimate and sacred, joyful and grounded. A suspended moment to: – take stock and mourn what no longer accompanies us, – recognize the harvests of the past cycle, – open a fertile space to dream, sow, and manifest the new momentum, – celebrate in sharing, sisterhood, simplicity, and presence, – honor our body as a temple, our heart as a compass, our truth as a path.
A conscious marriage of depth and lightness, silence and celebration, ritual and spontaneity, to enter the new year aligned, grounded, and vibrant.
A passage experienced in the body, the heart, creation, and connection.
✺ For whom ✺
For conscious people, engaged in a spiritual or personal development path, who are experiencing:
* breathlessness, fatigue, or a plateau at the end of 2025,
* a pivotal moment in their life: the end of a cycle, questioning their identity, professional, relational, or geographical transition,
* a deep desire for alignment, inner clarity, and lasting peace.
For those who no longer identify with traditional celebrations and seek to experience a “conscious New Year” through sobriety, presence, emotional detox, and energetic renewal. For souls seeking a reconnection with their deepest essence, who wish to:
* mourn the past and free themselves from what no longer exists,
* regain momentum and meaning,
* live a collective experience, while remaining deeply rooted within themselves,
* cultivate interdependence, collective consciousness, and sharing,
* set powerful and aligned intentions to consciously usher in 2026.
