Collab’ Dance Workshop | Toulouse
Collab’ Dance is a freestyle dance workshop in Toulouse, combining body exploration and live music. An immersive experience to express yourself freely, move mindfully, and celebrate the body in motion. Collab’ Dance combines a guided workshop with an DJ set inspired by wave of Ecstatic Dance, for an immersion in improvisation, freedom, and the joy of the body in motion.
Principles
Collab’ Dance is inspired by the Swell Dance format born in Paris. It offers a guided first part to freely explore movement, followed by an hour of free dance to an eclectic DJ set. A space without substances, without words, where respect, presence, and freedom of bodily expression are at the heart of the experience.
The workshop schedule
- Reception from 5 p.m.
- 45 min of guided improvisation from a professionnal dancer
- 1 hour of free dancing with DJ set

Who is hosting?
Lao (Laura)
Founder of Laoproject
Ecstatic Dance DJ and freestyle dance teacher, she has been developing various freestyle dance workshops and events in Ariège and Toulouse (France) for several years. She intends to mix different universes by inviting artists to come and share their magic !
Atmosphere & Prerequisites
- No dance level required
- Kindness, non-judgment and listening to oneself
- Dance without words
- Come as you are, comfortable outfit (or quirky if you like!)
- Barefoot or in non-slip socks
- No substances / no phones on the dancefloor
Practical information
- Bring a water bottle, loose clothing, and a scarf if necessary.

- Standard rate: €20 // Reduced rate: €15
